Mindfulness Workshops, Courses and Meditation Groups

Introduction to Mindfulness Workshops:

Stressed, anxious or overwhelmed? Busy life, busy mind? Are you hearing about Mindfulness but wanting to know more and how it can help you?

This workshop led by Mindfulness teacher Jo Christa Taylor will explain what mindfulness is, as well as giving you some easy techniques to help you manage stress and anxiety and live a calmer and happier life.

Each workshop lasts 2 hours and has a maximum of 10 participants and the investment is £22 which is payable in advance by bank transfer and secures your place.

8-week Mindfulness Courses (MBCT):

8-week Mindfulness Courses (MBCT) are offered on Saturday mornings at The Bridge Centre and are led by Mindfulness Teacher Jo Christa Taylor.

Courses are a mixture of teachings, discussions, exercises and meditation practices and there is a home practice requirement of around 45-minutes per day for 6 out of the 7 days of each week of the course.

The investment for these courses is currently £187 with an earlybird offer of £167 which expires 2-weeks before the start of each course.

Courses run on Wednesday's 12.15 - 2.15pm and Friday's 5pm - 7pm

Jo also offers a monthly Mindfulness Meditation Class on the first Friday and third Friday's of every month between 7.30 and 9.00 p.m.
