A large body of research has established that having a regular meditation practice produces tangible benefits for mental and physical health, including:

Meditation Classes at the Bridge Centre

Yoga and Meditation teacher Anita Nathan offers a meditation and movement class on the first Sunday of the month between 10.00 and 11.00. Mindfulness teacher Jo Taylor runs a monthly Mindfulness Meditation Class on the first and third Friday's of the month between 7.30 and 9.00 pm. The first hour of the class is devoted to guided meditation practice and then you can choose to go home or stay for 30-minutes more to receive support with setting up and maintaining your own daily Mindfulness practice.
