Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. All of our Yoga teachers are qualified, insured and experienced in the practice and teaching of Yoga.

I take time to practice at home and feel so much more flexible and supple, as well as experiencing an increased sense of wellbeing. i recommend yoga to anyone, whatever age, sex or ability; you will receive a warm welcome at the Bridge.
