Essential Updates; Mon 28 Jul 25
On Mon 28 Jul 25, we will be updating our computerised booking system.
We hope this will cause minimum disruption, but there will be short periods of interruption to our usual Reception service.
What will this mean…
The new system will be provided by the same company we currently use ‘I-Salon’, soon to be ‘Salon Manager’.
Information will be held with the same high level of security and adherence to GDPR regulations.
What information do we store on our booking system…
Our booking system holds contact details for you, records of past and upcoming appointments and payments – this includes information on your Practitioners and the type of treatment you receive e.g. 04/07/25; 16.00; Charles; Osteopathy Follow Up; £49 Cash.
We do not and never have held medical information or payment card details on our booking system, and this will not change.
