Beginners Running

Beginners Running Courses are run by experienced Running Coach and Fitness Instructor Jo Taylor and are aimed at absolute beginners or people who have tried running in the past without much success.

The group follow a programme which starts gently and builds gradually and homework is set for the times in between meeting up.

Beginners Running Courses are offered as a 10-week course and take place on Monday evenings in Mickleover at 8.00 pm or Wednesday mornings in Repton at 10.30 am. Get in touch with Jo to find out when the next courses are due to start.
