I am Juliet Cooper. I offer a paced, responsive, and deeply restorative approach to movement and physical recovery. By fluidly combining the structural support of Clinical Pilates with the gentle, precise releases of the Emmett Technique, I help you find lasting ease, stability, and freedom in your body.
My practice specialises in supporting adults—particularly those aged 40 and above—who are navigating injury recovery, chronic illness, or the structural changes that come with ageing.
I believe movement should never be forced or driven by artificial urgency. Instead, we work together in a calm, intentional environment tailored to support your nervous system and respect your body's current capacity.
Whether you are looking to safely rebuild your mobility after a medical setback, manage persistent muscle tension, or progress towards your personal wellness goals, my private and semi-private sessions provide the dedicated pacing and structural scaffolding you need to thrive.


Clinical & Restorative Pilates: Utilising a tailored combination of comprehensive pilates equipment and matwork to offer deep, low-stress physical support and movement re-education.
The Emmett Technique: A gentle, minimal-touch therapy using light finger pressure to rapidly soothe tight, stressed muscles and restore natural physical balance. This can be used as a standalone treatment or woven seamlessly into your movement sessions.
