Traditional Swedish style massage to help with relaxation and release tension in the back, neck & shoulder area.
Deep Tissue Massage
As the name suggests a deeper massage incorporating manipulation to help work out those tight muscles.
Full Body Swedish Massage
A traditional Swedish style massage for the whole body incorporating the use of soothing oils.
Hot Stones Massage
Available in Full Body or for Back, Neck & Shoulders- this treatment incorporates the use of warmed volcanic stones to encourage a deeper level of relaxation.
Leg & Foot Massage
A great treatment to help you care for those all-important tootsies! This therapy uses the fabulous Swedish Massage techniques on the leg & foot.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic or Lymph Drainage Massage is an extremely light touch treatment, which incorporates gentle rhythmic strokes to encourage the movement of Lymph Fluid and help flush out waste and toxins from the Lymphatic System.
Lymph Drainage Massage may be beneficial to those recovering from cosmetic surgery, to support with the reduction of swelling or support the recovery of the immune system for those struggling post virus or infection.
If you are post-surgery or struggle with reoccurring swelling or infection, we would advise you to consult your GP or Specialist.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer this treatment to anyone who currently has cancer or has received cancer treatment within the last 6 month.
Lymphatic Drainage for Postpartum Mums
Whether you’ve experienced a supported (caesarean) or non- supported birth this treatment can offer a wealth of benefits not just for the body but also for the soul, with all the emotional and spiritual boosts that are intrinsically linked to a hands-on treatment like massage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Treatment can usually take place a minimum of six weeks after a non-supported birth (post six week check-up), and twelve weeks after a supported birth (caesarean) – but please consult with your GP or healthcare specialist before booking in, especially if you experienced additional issues during delivery, or have a history of blood clotting or high blood pressure.
Pregnancy Massage
A relaxing treatment to help with the stresses and strains of pregnancy.
Available for Mums-to-be from 12 weeks onwards, and with consent from their GP or Midwife.
Sports Massage
Similar to the Deep Tissue Massage, this technique is focused on supporting those with sporting related issues and injuries.
