At some point in our lives we will all experience loss and bereavement and when we do it is possible that we will need some extra support.  

Family and friends can be helpful but sometimes we need independent support. It may be that you want to talk about the person who has died or how they died and to grieve for them in a supportive, confidential environment.  Often we will have a physical response to grief and if grief can be felt in the body then it can be processed through the body using energy based approaches to support like Acupuncture and Reiki.  Or perhaps you would benefit from the comfort of touch offered by the Massage Therapies and just take some much needed time for you?
