We all suffer the effects of stress and anxiety from time to time - it’s a normal part of life - but prolonged exposure to stress can be physically and mentally debilitating.

Very often our stress levels can build up without us realising, until one day something tips us over the edge leaving us feeling that we are unable to cope with ongoing pressures.

Stress and anxiety can be addressed and supported in a variety of ways.  For some people it helps to talk through issues, whilst for others a physical response like massage or exercise is more beneficial.  Stress and our response to it, is not an illness but it does have the potential to cause illnesses in the body and mind, resulting in a negative impact on our health, lives and relationships.
