Hypno-Reiki combines Hypnotherapy with Reiki healing to help you enter a state of deep relaxation, and maximise the benefits of your treatment.    

What is Hypno-Reiki

As the name suggests Hypno-Reiki combines the beneficial elements of Hypnotherapy and Reiki. During a treatment your Practitioner will use elements of Hypnotherapy to help you to relax your body and mind prior to receiving the healing properties of Reiki.

Hypno-Reiki is a great treatment for those seeking healing and relaxation without the need to talk over issues.

Hypno-Reiki is available at the Centre with Holistic Therapist Donna Cooper. Donna has undertaken continued professional development to support clients with health conditions associated with inflammation in the body, long term health conditions and chronic health conditions.

What to expect.

At your first appointment you will be able talk over your concerns, the issues you are looking for support with, and the outcome you would like to achieve from your treatment. Your medical history will be taken and your preferred method for receiving Reiki healing, ‘hands on’ or ‘hands off’ will be discussed. Your personality style will also be assessed in order to ensure the Hypnotherapy techniques used are suited to your needs.

For each Hypno-Reiki session you are sat in a chair with your head supported by the back rest. However, if you would prefer to lay down on a massage couch this can be arranged.

We understand that people’s lives are busy and complex and that things happen which are out of your control. Wherever possible though we require 24-hour's notice of a cancelled appointment. If 24-hour's notice is not given our Practitioners reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the missed appointment. This is at the discretion of the individual Practitioners.
