5 Element Acupuncturist and Co-owner of the Bridge Centre for Natural Health; Katy Henry has created the Embodied Energetics Mentoring system to support and guide clients in search of their next step.

Held online (or in person upon request) the 1-1 sessions are client led with Katy creating a safe space of support and nurturing to help you explore and understand where you are, where you want to be and how you can get there.

Using intuitive assessment Katy helps you to unearth the root cause of issues, identify and work through energetic blocks which are preventing you from stepping into alignment with your whole self.
