Here at the Bridge Centre we have two Fitness Pilates classes available on a Wednesday morning, 9.30-10.30 and 10.45-11.45am with Sarah Yates

Fitness Pilates Classes involve much more standing work and balancework than some Matwork based Pilates classes. These classes are appropriate though for people of all ages and abilities.
