Allen Sikara
Allen is a sports therapist and final year student Osteopath at Staffordshire University, College of Osteopaths. He has a passion for bridging the gap between traditional mainstream medical treatments and holistic interventions through Deep Tissue and Sports massage.
Allen includes elements of Acupuncture and Cupping into his massage treatments. His history in basketball and personal training helps shape his practice and provide insight into a wide range of issues and complaints.

Cathy Travis
After working in the humanitarian aid sector for over 20 years, Cathy changed career and is now an Associate Osteopath and Deep Tissue Massage Therapist.
As part of the treatments she offers, Cathy focuses on clients’ overall well-being, considering the challenges of their day-to-day lives and their support network, whilst aiming to reduce pain levels and improve range of movement.

Charles is co-owner of The Bridge Centre and a highly sought after Osteopath with over 20 years experience. He offers Laser Therapy as part of his treatment package and has particular interest in Cranial Osteopathy for babies and children.
Claire Jones
Claire can offer support for a whole range of issues, but has a special interest in supporting those with Mental Health issues – including Stress, Anxiety & Depression.
She can also help couples with Fertility Focused treatments and is trained in Paediatric Tuina – Chinese Massage for Children & Infants.

Donna Cooper
Donna is a Holistic Psychotherapist committed to offering personalised therapy to meet each client's needs. In keeping with her interests and as part of her ongoing professional development, Donna has taken courses on treating chronic illnesses and symptoms that have no known cause.
Donna's therapies can be used independently or in conjunction with other treatments as part of a individualised wellbeing plan.

Gina Hinks
Gina has practised Reflexology for many years as part of a lifelong interest in complementary medicine. She has many regular clients who come to her for her Reflexology skills as well as for her warm and empathic nature.
Juliet Cooper
Juliet offers Restorative Pilates which is suitable for people of all ages, body types and fitness levels. The personalised teaching she offers can be done in a 1:1 or 1:2 teaching ratio and provides support and progress if you are recovering from an injury or illness before safely progressing you towards your fitness goals.
Kate Henry
Kate focuses on helping individuals to regain emotional and behavioural control through recognising and utilising their natural strengths and abilities, promoting lasting change and a better quality of life.
By combing her knowledge of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy with Neuroscience and Psychotherapy, Kate promotes positive mental health to help adults and teens tap into their inner resources and unlock their potential.
Kate is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Michelle Johnston
Originally from South Africa, Michelle started her career as a dancer with Cape Town City Ballet, and was promoted to Principal in 2004. Michelle discovered Pilates after her second baby and was amazed at how quickly she felt the benefits.
Michelle trained with master teacher trainer Rachel Rafiefar through the Pilates Foundation, and has qualifications in Matwork, the Apparatus, Pre and Postnatal Pilates and Pilates for MS. Having a ballet background, Michelle has an understanding of coming back from injury and fears of reinjury. A love of movement and attention to detail come together to provide a fun and challenging class appropriate for each client.
Paul Knighton
Paul is a Licenced Acupuncturist & Member of the British Acupuncture Council (MBAcC), and studied Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Biomedical Sciences including Anatomy & Physiology at university, attaining a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture.
Paul has also trained with Si Yuan Balance Method Acupuncture, acquiring the in-depth theories of analytical, precise, effective stimulation of a minimal amount of distal points, thereby avoiding aggravation of the localised regions of pain.
Paul is certified in Auricular Acupuncture with training in the VAS, Musculoskeletal Protocols & Scars.
Rachel Shaw
Rachel is an experienced and skilled Osteopath who uses a full range of Osteopathic and Cranial Osteopathic skills. She offers Laser Therapy as part of her treatment package when appropriate to do so. She applies her Osteopathic skills to helping people of all ages and has a particular specialism in Cranial Osteopathy for babies.
Richard Smith
Richard is a former teacher who now works in talking therapy, helping children, young people and adults to understand and manage their mental health and wellbeing. He does this by offering a supportive, confidential space in which to help work through those thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may be troublesome.

Rob Brooks
Prior to becoming an Osteopath Rob spent 5 years working as a Deep Tissue & Sports Massage Therapist.
Rob offers treatment for a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
Samantha Jackson
Samantha has been a qualified massage therapist since 2010, and has enjoyed every moment! Helping clients feel calmness and relaxation from physical or emotional stress is important to her. She is also qualified in reflexology, Hopi candles, pregnancy massage and hot stone massage.
Sharon Waltho
Sharon has a first class BSc (Hons) degree and Licentiate (LicAc) in Acupuncture. She practices acupuncture using an integrated approach, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with Five Element Acupuncture and has specialist interest in treating women pre and post-natal and in supporting men and women throughout their fertility journey. Tracey Holt-Walkden
Tracey is a Five Element Acupuncturist (LicAc) and a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). She is happy to treat all conditions whether supporting couples through their fertility journey, addressing a physical problem or guiding clients through emotional issues such as anxiety, stress and grief.
