Cathy Travis

After working in the humanitarian aid sector for over 20 years, Cathy changed career and is now training to be an Osteopath, currently working as a Deep Tissue Massage Therapist.

As part of the massage treatments she offers, Cathy focuses on clients’ overall well-being, considering the challenges of their day-to-day lives and their support network, whilst aiming to reduce pain levels and improve range of movement.

Charles is co-owner of The Bridge Centre and a highly sought after Osteopath with over 20 years experience.  He offers Laser Therapy as part of his treatment package and has particular interest in Cranial Osteopathy for babies and children. He is also an Applied Kinesiologist.

Connie is a third-year student at the College of Osteopaths qualified in Soft Tissue Massage. Varied in her approach Connie believes in emotional stress creating physical symptoms throughout the body that need to not only be worked on but listened to. Her empathy and manual therapy techniques may help to improve your movement as well as your overall well-being. The key is to try to decipher what your own body is telling you.

Diane has been a  Classical Kinesiology practitioner for over 10 years and is studying towards a Naturopathic Diploma. Kinesiology helps to restore the body system back to balance and facilitates the self healing process using a drug-free natural approach to holistic health care.

Juliet offers Restorative Pilates which is suitable for people of all ages, body types and fitness levels. Karen qualified from the Birmingham School of Podiatry in 2007 gaining a BSc Honours Degree in Podiatry. Since then Karen has and continues to work for the NHS specialising in diabetic foot care, nail surgery and all aspects of routine foot care including nail care, corns and callus treatment along with experience of treating vulnerable and ‘at risk’ patients, including those with dementia and special needs. She is a member of the College of Podiatry and is registered with the Health Care Professions Council.

Kirsten has practiced 5 Element Acupuncture for 30years and still thinks it is the best job in the world. She is also trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nutritional Therapy, and has studied NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Gestalt Therapy, Qi Gong and Meditiation and integrates these into her treatments when appropriate. Michelle Johnston

Originally from South Africa, Michelle started her career as a dancer with Cape Town City Ballet, and was promoted to Principal in 2004. Michelle discovered Pilates after her second baby and was amazed at how quickly she felt the benefits.

Michelle trained with master teacher trainer Rachel Rafiefar through the Pilates Foundation, and has qualifications in Matwork, the Apparatus, Pre and Postnatal Pilates and Pilates for MS. Having a ballet background, Michelle has an understanding of coming back from injury and fears of reinjury. A love of movement and attention to detail come together to provide a fun and challenging class appropriate for each client.

Rachel is an experienced and skilled Osteopath who uses a full range of Osteopathic and Cranial Osteopathic skills. She offers Laser Therapy as part of her treatment package when appropriate to do so. She applies her Osteopathic skills to helping people of all ages and has a particular specialism in Cranial Osteopathy for babies.

Richard Smith

After a long teaching career, Richard decided to retrain and is now a fully qualified talking therapist, offering a range of therapies. These include Clinical Hypnotherapy, Solution Focused Counselling, BWRT (Brainworking Recursive Therapy®) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Richard works with adults of all ages, but his professional background & additional training in Paediatric Hypnotherapy also enable him to work with children from 5-17 years old. Sally is a Five Element Acupuncturist and founder of Life Tree Acupuncture. She is also a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) Research Board and BAcC National Student Representative.

Sally is particularly interested in supporting ladies throughout their pregnancy journey and beyond.

Sally has been in private practice since 2005 working with people with a variety of conditions and goals, using standard therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) and Hypnotherapy. She is a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) all of which only register fully qualified and insured therapists.

Sharon has a first class BSc (Hons) degree and Licentiate (LicAc) in Acupuncture. She practices acupuncture using an integrated approach, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with Five Element Acupuncture and has specialist interest in treating women pre and post-natal and in supporting men and women throughout their fertility journey. Sue is an avid researcher and experiential learner, as well as being a Certified TRE provider she is a certified mBIT Master Coach & Trainer and a member of the Association for Coaching.

Recognising that the body's history affects our state of mind Sue certified as a provider of the TRE process (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) This is a practice that allows the body to recalibrate and come back to balance, building resilience and releasing what no longer serves us.
