WIFI ISSUES UPDATE - WEDNESDAY 27 MARCH 2024
Thank you for bearing with us over the last few days following the traffic incident on Ladybank Road that resulted in the loss of technical services within our Centre and the surrounding areas.
We are very pleased that we now have temporary measures in place allowing us to get ‘back to business’ -be it with slightly restricted facilities.
We are currently able to…
- Answer Telephone Calls and Pick Up Voice Messages – this service may still have the odd glitch so please try again if you don’t hear from us within 2 hours of leaving a message (during our Reception hours; 9am -6pm.) We are operating from a mobile ending …883, this number may show up on your phone when we call you. You can still reach us on our usual no. 01332 521 270.
- Send Appointment Reminders and Answer Emails as with all our temporary systems there may be the occasional hitch so, please bear with us.
- Take Card Payments Over The Counter, but not currently over the phone. If you are still owing for a treatment a member of our team will be in contact with you (if they haven’t already) to advise on alternative methods of payments.
Unfortunately, we do not have a timescale on the extensive repairs taking place and so cannot give a date when ‘normal’ service will resume. We hope these temporary measures will tide us over until then and your continued support and patience is much appreciated.
