Technical Issues Update 03/04/24

Due to the traffic incident on Ladybank Road in March we, along with many of our neighbours, are still without our usual technical facilities.

We remain up and running, be it with a slightly reduced service, using a temporary telephone (a mobile with no. ending …883) and chip & pin machine.

We have been advised that the issue may take another couple of weeks to resolve so please continue to bear with us.

Telephone Calls and Voice Messages –
Our mobile no. ending …883 may show up on your phone when we call you. You can still reach us directly on 01332 521 270. This service may still have the odd glitch so please try again if you don’t hear from us within 2 hours of leaving a message (during our Reception hours; 9am -6pm.).

Appointment Reminders and Email-
We are now able to send appointment reminders and emails, as with all our temporary systems there may be the occasional hitch so, please bear with us.

Card Payments-
We can take card payments over the counter, but not currently over the phone. If you are still owing for a treatment a member of our team will be in contact with you (if they haven’t already) to advise on alternative methods of payments.
