B is for Brainworking Recursive Therapy

Brainworking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) is the perfect Talking Therapy for you if you’re looking to implement change, without too much talking! It’s key difference from other Talking Therapies is that you don’t have to share anything you might not be ready to talk about, whether that’s because it’s too upsetting, you feel nervous about sharing, or you just don’t want to.

Rather than discussing the events and situations surrounding your feelings, the focus instead is on the feelings themselves. This focus on the feelings and the preferred outcome rather than the trigger makes this therapy particularly well suited to anyone struggling with PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, or for anyone that has been putting off therapy over apprehensions about uncovering and facing past traumas.

BWRT isn’t about changing your physical reactions to certain situations,but rather altering your cognitive response so that your brain responds before your body is able to react. Think of it as training your brain to help you get you where you want to be!
